Liz Myers
Liz brought the Collaborative Operating System (COS) to The Indigo Group, the shared methodology behind how the team works together, and trains the team in its practice.
Liz founded Integrative Leadership Strategies in 2007 after leaving a career in engineering to help leaders grow more effective, human-centered organizations. She trained at Coach U in 2008 and later at the NeuroLeadership Institute, and is a certified Enneagram practitioner for individuals and teams. Liz has spent years developing leaders through the Collaborative Operating System, and holds the Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She's a civil engineer by training, with degrees from Cornell and Stanford.

Richard Brown
Richard guides the process that helps each client find the right coach for their needs, coordinating The Indigo Group's team of coaches.
Richard brings a rare combination of high EQ and systems thinking to his coaching, helping clients turn complex, unclear challenges into clear, actionable plans. His approach draws on servant leadership and over 30 years studying behavioral science, neuroscience, and meditative traditions. He's a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, trained in the Collaborative Operating System, mediation, and Nonviolent Communication, and holds a BoardSource Consulting Certificate in nonprofit board governance and effectiveness.

Sana Jaber
Sana works alongside Liz at Integrative Leadership Strategies, bringing a decade of experience as a high school math educator and leadership coach before becoming an adult learning facilitator and consultant. She approaches her work through a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping institutions create systemic change. Sana holds a bachelor's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master's in Administrative Leadership from Concordia University.

Karen Pambianchi
Karen is an executive leadership coach, workshop facilitator, and strategic team coach, holding an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. She's also certified in CliftonStrengths, Color Code Interpersonal Skills, and Genos Emotional Intelligence. Her work spans corporate and non-profit sectors across a wide range of industries, helping individuals and teams build presence, communication, and collaboration. Karen is also a sought-after speaker at industry conferences across New England.
